Mini Session Voucher | Terms & Booking

Thank you for choosing CJZ Shotz! Whether you're capturing family memories, celebrating a milestone, or simply updating your portraits, I'm excited to work with you!

Please review the following terms and conditions before scheduling your prepaid mini session.

1. Session Details & Inclusions

Each $100 prepaid mini-session voucher includes:

• One 30-minute photography session.

• 25 professionally edited digital photos (15 standard photos plus 10 bonus photos).

• Up to 5 participants.

• One location and one outfit.

• A private online gallery for viewing and downloading your finished photos.

Mini sessions are intended for personal photography, including family portraits, couples, individual portraits, senior portraits, and similar sessions.

Weddings, sporting events, commercial photography, large group sessions, and event coverage are not included.

Additional participants, outfits, locations, or extended session time may be available for an additional fee, agreed upon before booking.

2. Service Area & Travel Fees

CJZ Shotz provides complimentary travel for mini sessions within its designated service area between Columbia and Wright City, Missouri, including Fulton and communities within 10 driving miles of the I-70 corridor between Columbia and Exit 200 in Wright City.

For locations outside this designated service area, the first 5 additional driving miles each way are complimentary. Any mileage beyond that allowance is charged at $1.25 per mile, round trip.

For destinations east of Wright City, travel calculations begin at I-70 Exit 200 in Wright City, Missouri.

For other locations outside the complimentary service area, mileage is calculated from the nearest applicable service-area boundary.

Travel distances are determined using Google Maps driving directions.

Example: If a location is 30 miles from the applicable service-area boundary, the first 10 miles each way are complimentary. The remaining 20 miles each way, totaling 40 billable miles, would result in a $50 travel fee.

Any additional travel fees will be calculated, disclosed, and approved by the customer before the session is confirmed. Unexpected traffic, detours, or changes in actual driving mileage will not increase an already agreed-upon travel fee.

Sessions in the Wright City/Warrenton area may be scheduled on designated dates to accommodate travel and other bookings.

3. Scheduling & Availability

All mini sessions must be scheduled at least 14 calendar days in advance.

Sessions are subject to availability, and submitting a booking request does not guarantee a specific date or time.

Customers must provide their preferred session date, desired location, session type, and unique voucher code when submitting a booking request.

Sessions are considered officially booked only after receiving confirmation from CJZ Shotz.

Customers are encouraged to schedule as early as possible, especially when requesting sessions in the Wright City area.

Requests made with fewer than 14 days' notice are not guaranteed and may be declined.

4. Voucher Redemption & Promotional Validity

Each prepaid voucher contains a unique identification code that must be provided when scheduling.

• Each voucher may be redeemed once.

• Vouchers are transferable and may be given as gifts before redemption.

• Voucher codes will be verified against purchase records.

• Customers who lose their voucher may contact CJZ Shotz for purchase verification.

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

Promotional Booking Date: November 7, 2027

The special mini-session package is intended to be scheduled and completed by November 7, 2027, subject to applicable law and confirmed availability.

Customers should contact CJZ Shotz early enough to satisfy the 14-day advance scheduling requirement.

The underlying $100 prepaid purchase value will remain available for redemption in accordance with applicable federal and Missouri gift-certificate laws. Any restrictions on the promotional package will not eliminate legally protected prepaid value.

5. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Weather

Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes change!

Customers are asked to provide at least 48 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule a confirmed session.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, including designated Wright City-area session dates.

Outdoor sessions may be postponed due to rain, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances that could negatively affect the photography experience.

If CJZ Shotz needs to postpone a session, the customer will be offered an alternative date at no additional charge.

Customers who miss a session without notice should contact CJZ Shotz to discuss available rescheduling options.

Refund requests and cancellations will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the booking. If CJZ Shotz is unable to fulfill the purchased session, an appropriate refund or mutually agreed alternative will be offered.

6. Photo Editing & Delivery

Each mini session includes 25 professionally edited digital images.

Finished photographs will generally be delivered through a private online gallery within 14 calendar days following the completed session.

Editing includes professional adjustments to exposure, lighting, color, contrast, and other enhancements consistent with the CJZ Shotz photography style.

Extensive retouching, major object removal, complex background alterations, and advanced photo manipulation are not included and may require an additional fee.

RAW and unedited image files are not included.

Physical prints, canvases, and other photography products are not included in the $100 package but may be available for separate purchase.

7. Image Usage & Privacy

Delivered photographs are intended for personal use.

Customers may download, print, and share their finished photographs for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Commercial advertising, resale, business promotion, or other commercial use requires separate permission or licensing from CJZ Shotz.

CJZ Shotz may request permission to use selected photographs for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes. Any applicable photography or media releases will be discussed separately.

Personal contact information collected during booking will be used for scheduling, communicating about the session, and fulfilling the photography services.

8. Additional Requests & Services

Mini-session vouchers apply exclusively to the photography package described above.

Requests for extended session time, additional locations, additional participants, special editing, commercial usage, or other services may require additional fees.

All additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before services are provided.

Any changes to the agreed-upon session details must be approved by CJZ Shotz.
